Wayne has over 30 years’ experience in the transport and logistics industry working with Multinational transport and logistics businesses in both Australia & Overseas.
Wayne has a proven track record delivering continuous improvement initiatives and service standards whilst also improving bottom lines focusing on cost control.
Wayne’s vision is simple, people want to talk to people not machines, people want help and support with an experienced professional in their field of expertise to really listen and understand what drives their business and what is needed to make the customer’s day to day more efficient and user friendly. It’s my duty as your transport manager to organise and improve your day-to-day logistic requirements to ensure your business not only gets what it needs but grows and continues to prosper.
I’m not a key board transport manager, I will get in the trenches with you roll my sleeves up and absolutely give your business the results you are looking for!
Janine Loadsman - Accounts Manager
Janine has been working with Wayne since the inception of MFM, with over 20 years’ experience as an Accounts Manager, she oversees all aspects of our financial operations, ensuring smooth, efficient management of our accounts, budgets, and financial reporting.
Her professionalism, reliability, and commitment to accuracy ensure that all financial processes are executed flawlessly, giving the team confidence in the company’s financial health.
With Janine managing the financial side of things, we are well-positioned for growth and success, with all of our financial matters in trusted hands.

Helen Phelan - Strategic Business Account Manager
Helen has been working with Wayne in the transport industry for almost 10 years in varied roles with a strong focus on Customer Service, Sales and Account Management.
With a broad skillset across all aspects of MFM Logistics, Helen’s focus is ensuring she provides high quality service focusing on the customers’ needs and expectations. Helen is not afraid to tackle the difficulties of the transport and warehouse industry.
Helen’s aim is to maintain a high level of service and to work closely with customers and stakeholders to grow their business and see them succeed.
Andrew Burrows - Operations Manager
Heading up our 3rd Party Logistics and Warehousing, Andrew is the key driver of our warehouse efficiency and operational excellence. As our Operations Manager, Andrew oversees every aspect of our warehouse’s daily activities ensuring the seamless flow of goods.
His expertise allows him to optimise every process for maximum efficiency, reducing costs and improving turnaround time.
With Andrew managing our warehouse operations, we are confident that our supply chain will always meet the demands of our customers, on time and to the highest standards.
Kristie Beran - Strategic Business Manager
Kristie brings 20 years of experience in the warehousing and logistics industry, where she excels as a Strategic Business Manager in transport management. Kristie’s passion for customer service drives her to implement innovative logistics solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
Known for her analytical mindset and strategic thinking, Kristie is dedicated to optimising operations and building teams that deliver results in today’s competitive marketplace.
Jack Miller - Onsite Labour Hire Manager
Jack is MFM’s onsite Labour Hire Manager, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all operations within our various sites run smoothly, efficiently and safely.
Working closely with our Labour Hire Partners Jack ensures that the right talent is available for their needs. He oversees the allocation of skilled workers to match our clients demands making sure that performance standards are consistently met.
Jack leads by example motivating and training the Labour Hire Team to reach their full potential. He fosters a positive, efficient and safe work environment where every team member is valued and empowered to succeed.
