Wayne has over 30 years’ experience in the transport and logistics industry working with Multinational transport and logistics businesses in both Australia & Overseas.

Wayne has a proven track record delivering continuous improvement initiatives and service standards whilst also improving bottom lines focusing on cost control.

Wayne’s vision is simple, people want to talk to people not machines, people want help and support with an experienced professional in their field of expertise to really listen and understand what drives their business and what is needed to make the customer’s day to day more efficient and user friendly. My commitment as your transport partner is to  improve your day-to-day logistic requirements to ensure your business not only gets what it needs but grows and continues to prosper.

Helen has been working with Wayne in the transport industry for almost 10 years in varied roles with a strong focus on Customer Service, Sales and Account Management.

With a broad skillset across all aspects of MFM Logistics, Helen’s focus is ensuring she provides high quality service focusing on the customers’ needs and expectations.  Helen is not afraid to tackle the difficulties of the transport and warehouse industry.

Helen’s aim is to maintain a high level of service and to work closely with customers and stakeholders to grow their business and see them succeed.

Samantha makes the jump into freight management after a successful stint in warehousing. She’s highly driven, detail-oriented, and brings a fantastic ‘can-do’ attitude from the warehouse to the office. Heading up our 3rd Party Logistics and Warehousing, Andrew is the key driver of our warehouse efficiency and operational excellence.  Andrew oversees every aspect of our national warehousing activities ensuring the seamless distribution of goods.

Andrew’s expertise allows him to optimise every process for maximum efficiency, reducing costs and improving turnaround time.

Todd is a valued member of the warehouse operations team at Miller Freight Management. With a strong work ethic and hands-on approach, Todd plays an important role in ensuring day-to-day warehouse activities run efficiently and safely.

From receiving and dispatching freight to inventory handling and operational support, Todd is committed to delivering reliable service and maintaining high standards across all areas of the warehouse. Janine Loadsman

Financial Operations Manager

Janine has been working with Wayne since the inception of MFM, with over 20 years’ experience as an Accounts Manager, she oversees all aspects of our financial operations, ensuring smooth, efficient management of our accounts, budgets, and financial reporting.

Her professionalism, reliability, and commitment to accuracy ensure that all financial processes are executed flawlessly, giving the team confidence in the company’s financial health.
